4E - Instructor Course

  • Maplewood Richmond Heights School District exact location to be determined (map)

This is a 2 day class that occurs from 8:30am - 4:30pm each day

The 4E instructor course is a two-day course designed to present a progressive and adaptive training platform that provides mission critical solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s challenges to safety. This class is designed to give participants intensive training in active shooter situations and become an effective instructor in the 4E program. The 4E program is targeted at civilian response to an active shooter/intruder situation (i.e. teachers, administrators, unarmed security, board members, etc. are encouraged to become trainers).

After completing the 16-hour Instructor Class (and receiving this 3-year certification), the participant will be able to instruct classes and implement drills for his/her police department, school district, house of worship, or business. As an instructor, participants will be knowledgeable in barricading solutions to deny intruder access, hemorrhage control skills to treat the injured, and other tactics that can be taught to any audience. Tier One Tactical Solutions, LLC will provide continuing support and guidance to instructors in order to facilitate implementation of the training to your organization.

Training will be hands on and intensive; therefore, participants are encouraged to wear loose fitting clothes and tennis shoes.

Each participant will receive a Badger Dri Fit T-shirt.  Please advise shirt size upon registration.
